Publisher review:MyManager is an all encompassing file management system. Once installed, you can edit, view, and validate files. New files can be created or uploaded. Many other capabilities exist, especially if the correct libraries are installed.
This script is an all encompassing file management system with a web interface containing the following features:
- Browse through the directory structure, including file icons
- Upload files for supported types (specified by the user)
- Create new files and folders
- Download files directly from a URL
- Rename, move, copy, and delete files and folders
- Edit files with edit permissions
- Files not allowed are highlighted
- View the source of script files, such as JS and PHP
- Link to validate HTML (and producing types like PHP) and CSS with the W3C
- Images can be resized and cropped through the browser
- EXIF image data is displayed if the library is installed
- Zip files can be extracted if the ZZipLib library is installed
- Zip a collection of files or directories online to download a group at once
- MP3 files can be streamed from the server with an included flash player
- Basic search functions are also provided if you can't find that pesky file yourself
- Each user can have a different base directory
All settings can easily be set by the user including, date format, how options are displayed (like edit, delete, upload, etc.), the allowable types for different options, and the display is driven mostly through CSS. All output is generated as valid XHTML 1.0.
Login is not provided, login is done through an existing system using Cookies or Sessions.
